What Are Limited Edition Prints?
Limited Edition Prints are exclusive pieces where only a set number are made. Once they sell out, they’re gone for good. Each print is personally numbered and signed by me, adding a special touch and making them highly sought after. Don’t miss out on owning a unique piece of art!
Can I Customize One of Your Art Prints?
Absolutely! Most of my art and illustrated prints can be customized in color and size. Please get in touch at hello@leoliecht.com to discuss your options.
What age group are your books suitable for?
This book is ideal for children all ages, as well as for adults ;).
Can I request a signed copy of the book?
Absolutely! Signed copies are available upon request. Please specify this when placing your order.

Framing & Packaging
Can You Frame My Print?
Yes! I'm glad to now offer framing on most of my art prints. Framed art is available for all customers, and you can contact me for a custom quote. Please get in touch at hello@leoliecht.com to discuss all options.
How Will My Children Books, Art Prints and Letter Paper Be Packaged?
All books, small art prints and letter paper will be packaged in a plain cardboard envelope, protected by a sleeve and backed with cardboard. Larger prints will arrive rolled and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper inside a sturdy cardboard tube. Large letter paper boxes will be shipped in a cardboard box with protective wrap.
How Will Framed Art Be Packaged?
All framed art prints will be securely packaged in a large recyclable cardboard box. The corners will be protected, and your print will be wrapped in bubble wrap and securely fastened inside the box to prevent movement. A protective plastic film will cover the front of the frame, which you should remove upon arrival.

Shipping and Return
Can I Return an Order?
I offer a 30-day return policy on art prints, excluding limited editions. Children's books and original artworks are not returnable. International customers wishing to return an art print will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
I Received My Order But It Is Faulty, What Do I Do?
I'm terribly sorry about that. Please contact us immediately (best within 2 weeks of receiving your item) so we can arrange for a replacement.
Why Don't You Ship Framed Artwork Worldwide?
Due to high shipping costs outside of the EU, I recommend framing your artwork locally at your preferred framer or using an online framing service. If you still wish to receive a framed print, please contact me to discuss available options.

Do you offer international shipping, for your Books?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I am not satisfied with my Book?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you have any issues, and we'll do our best to assist you.
