Shipping & Returns:

  • Free EU shipping on everything
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over €280, shipping is approx. €15 on orders under €100
  • Don't forget you will have to pay import-taxes when ordering outside of the EU & EFTA
  • EU 30 day returns on art prints, excluding limited editions and originals.

EU shipping & dispatch times:

I offer free EU shipping on all orders.

Unframed art prints are usually dispatched in 3 working days (On rare occasions this can take up to 6 days). Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery. 

Framed prints are made to order and are usually dispatched within 10 working days, please allow 3-6 days for delivery. Orders are sent via DHL, CTT or DPD.

Large canvas prints take 5 days longer to dispatch than standard times.

 

International shipping:

Delivery aim for international orders is up to 14 days.

Shipping is free for worldwide orders over €280, and €15 for orders under €100.  

International orders may be subject to customs delays and import fees depending on your country.  If your order does not arrive in the recommended timeframe please get in touch.

Occasionally international shipments shipped by standard mail can take longer than expected. Particularly during the build up to Christmas. Delays are out of control and I appreciate your patience if you experience this. Please always get in touch and I will do my best to help you.

Express shipping options are available at extra cost. To guarantee fast international shipping, please choose DHL express at checkout. 

International orders are sent via DHL, delivery aim is up to 14 working days.
EU customers will be subject to customs charges.

 

Dispatch Process:

Orders consisting of multiple different items may be dispatched separately.
You will receive a tracking number for each of your shipments.

 

Tracking:

Art prints, Letter Paper and Christmas Statioenry are sent on fully tracked services.
Small Art cards are sent untracked.

Small Art cards and art prints are despatched separately, so if you purchase multiple items within one order you may receive them at different times.

 

Remote Area Delivery:

If you live in a remote area we will contact you about an additional charge prior to proceeding with your order (normally within 1 business day).
